Juvenile Court
The 98th District Court and 126th District Court has jurisdiction over all Juvenile Court cases involving Class B Misdemeanors or higher in Travis County.
Specialty Courts
Our District and Associate Judges preside over several specialized dockets that address the specific needs of our juvenile population. These dockets focus on juveniles’ mental health needs and rehabilitation and prepare youth for release and transition back into the community.
